Good board, fast shipping

Got the Lucky65. Shipped quickly, arrived in 4 days. Board works as expected. Solid build. Happy with the purchase. Would buy again.

Consistently good products and service

This was my third purchase from Weikav, and they continue to impress. I previously bought a Lucky65, and this time I got the Sugar65 kit along with some new keyboard stabilizers. The consistency in their product quality is why I keep coming back. The Sugar65 feels just as solid and well-machined as my Lucky65 did. Shipping was also just as quick as my previous orders, taking around 5 days to get to me. Their customer service has always been helpful whenever I've had questions about compatibility or parts. It's a reliable store for keyboard enthusiasts.

Solid keyboard for the price, minor issue

I bought the WK75 aluminum kit. The overall value is excellent; it feels very premium for what I paid. Delivery took about a week, which was reasonable. The build quality is really good, and the gasket mount gives it a nice feel. My only small gripe was that one of the screw holes for the plate wasn't perfectly aligned, making assembly a tiny bit finicky. It eventually went in, but it took some extra effort. Customer service was responsive when I asked about a tracking update, so that's a plus. I'd still recommend it, especially if you're looking for a good entry into aluminum boards, just be prepared for a potential small snag.

Got my WK870, it's pretty nice

So I finally got my WK870 a few days ago. It took like, six days to get here after I ordered, which wasn't too bad. The barebones kit was easy to put together, nothing super confusing. I used some switches I already had and it types pretty good. The RGB lights are cool too. It's a solid keyboard, no real complaints. Felt good to finally get a nice aluminum board without spending a ton.

Detailed thoughts on the NUT65 kit

I ordered the NUT65 barebone kit last week, and it arrived today. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out in two days and took three more days to reach my address in California, which was pretty good. The packaging was secure, and everything inside was well protected. The aluminum casing feels very sturdy, and the gasket mount implementation seems high quality. I picked up some linear switches and PBT keycaps elsewhere, and assembly was easy. The hot-swappable sockets worked perfectly, and I had no issues with any of the key slots. RGB customization through their software was intuitive enough once I found the download link. For the price, the quality really exceeded my expectations. Support wasn't needed, which is always a good sign.

shipping to New York, how long does that usually take? trying to get a gift sorted before a birthday.

M Mark Lindqvist 2 months ago
It's not super fast, especially from China. I'd expect at least a couple weeks, maybe more if customs is slow. Don't count on it being there in a few days.

Mine took about 10-14 days to California. New York should be similar I think, but definitely check their shipping info on the site to be sure. Could be longer with holidays coming up.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a Lucky65. Anyone know if it comes with switches and keycaps, or is it just the barebones kit?

K Kate Beaumont 2 months ago
Nah, most of their stuff is barebones, especially the kits. You gotta get your own switches and keycaps for the Lucky65, just like a lot of custom boards.

Yeah, pretty sure it's just the board. That's kinda the point with gasket mounts anyway, you build it out how you want. They do sell switches and caps though if you want to get them all at once.
